How do I reset my password?

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your email
  4. Check your inbox for reset link

How do I connect my email?

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations

  3. Follow the authorization prompts
  4. Wait for initial sync

How do I create a new deal?

  1. Go to Pipeline
  2. Click "New Deal" or press N
  3. Fill in the required fields
  4. Click "Save"

Can I import deals from CSV?

Yes. Go to Pipeline → Import and upload your CSV file. The system will map columns automatically.

Deal Rescue

How is risk score calculated?

Risk score is based on multiple factors:

  • Days since last activity
  • MEDDPICC gaps
  • Engagement level
  • Stage duration

What are playbooks?

Playbooks are step-by-step guides to help you rescue at-risk deals. They provide specific actions and templates.

Does Aellysa read my emails?

Aellysa processes emails to provide AI features, but your data is encrypted and never shared with third parties.

Can I use email sequences?

Yes, go to Inbox → Sequences to create and manage automated email sequences.

How do I enable 2FA?

  1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. Click "Enable 2FA"
  3. Scan QR code with authenticator app
  4. Enter verification code

How do I sign out of all devices?

Go to Settings → Security → Session Management and click "Sign out all devices".
